研究领域

◆ 从事功能食品学研究,分离纯化果蔬中活性物质,鉴定化学结构,评价生物活性,解析构效关系,揭示与果蔬健康功效密切相关的关键物质,开发保健食品产品。
◆ 发掘天然酶基因,利用代谢工程技术与合成生物学理论开展异戊烯基类黄酮的异源生物合成基础研究,揭示酶催化机制。

◆ 揭示果蔬活性物质化学结构变化与果蔬衰老等品质变化现象之间的内在联系与机制。

     

       入选“国家万人计划”和“中国高被引学者”(爱思维尔数据库)。在食品科学学科被SCI论文引用次数排名全国第二(汤姆路透数据库)。发表SCI论文180余篇,约50%论文影响因子>5,最高影响因子9.8,h-index为40,被SCI论文引用超过5000次。拥有国际发明专利5件。

      获中科院卢嘉锡人才奖、省科技一等奖/二等奖、中国专利优秀奖等。

      担任Republic of Kazakhstan科技部科研项目国际评审专家。

      主持科技部国家重点研发项目课题、国家自然科学基金(7项)、瑞典国际科学基金(2项,连续资助)、中科院拔尖青年人才项目、中科院青年创新促进会优秀会员项目(170万)、广东省自然科学基金杰出青年项目、广州市珠江科技新星专项等。

       担任RSC Advances(IF3.0)副主编、Food Chemistry(IF5.4)编委。
