研究领域

        以研发治疗糖尿病的天然药物为目的,建立多层次有特色的动物、细胞和分子水平筛选及作用机理研究平台,发展以植物特有化合物为探针的药物活性检测技术,从胰岛素释放、葡萄糖摄取、糖原向糖转化、葡萄糖重吸收等方面对天然化合物进行筛选,为转化天然化合物成为天然药物提供有效的活性基础。并以这些活性化合物为小分子探针,围绕与糖尿病发生密切相关的信号通路研究其与靶细胞和靶蛋白之间的相互作用,阐明其治疗糖尿病的作用机制,为治疗糖尿病提供新的治疗策略和药物作用机理依据
