     主要研究领域重要生物制剂的生物合成与代谢调控研究  

 

  以微生物和真核细胞为研究对象,利用系统生物学和合成生物学的方法,研究氨基酸、核苷酸及其衍生物的生物合成和代谢调控机制,阐明氨基酸、核苷酸代谢与肿瘤发生及代谢性疾病的相关性。解析重要生命活动和代谢过程中关键酶的晶体结构,指导蛋白质定向进化,改造酶分子特性。开发高效基因组编辑、新型调控元件、生物传感器等合成生物学技术,应用于重要生物基产品(氨基酸、核苷酸、戊二胺等)和生物制剂(疫苗、抗体、肿瘤小分子抑制剂和生物毒素等)细胞工厂的构建及产业化。
