研究领域

目前主要是致力于研究植物寄生线虫与植物互作的分子基础: 

线虫对寄主植物早期预寄生阶段的行为反应及其机制,参与早期互作的线虫基因和植物基因的鉴定,通过比较孢囊线虫和根结线虫对寄主识别反应的差异建立线虫和植物早期互作模型;

大豆孢囊线虫生理小种的遗传多样性研究以及相关的线虫致病基因和植物抗病基因的鉴定;

植物对其寄生线虫的遗传抗性研究,包括抗病基因的QTL定位,建立抗病基因的遗传图谱和物理图谱,植物的超亲抗性研究等;

植物在线虫侵染过程中植物防御反应机制。



总体研究目标是探索植物寄生线虫和寄主互作复杂的生物学关系,形成以理论为基础包括生物防治的综合防治策略。
