Education

Professor Shengye Jin received his BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in 2001, MS degree in Chemistry from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP)-CAS in 2004, and PhD in Physical Chemistry from Emory University (USA) in 2010.

Work Experience
Professor Shengye Jin did postdoctoral research at Argonne National Laboratory and Northwestern University from 2010 to 2013, where he worked on photochemical dynamics of various materials for solar energy conversion. Dr. Jin then joined the State Key Laboratory of Molecular Reaction Dynamics of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP)-CAS in 2013. He is now the principle investigator and group leader of the ultrafast time-resolved spectroscopy and dynamics research group in DICP.
