突触传递是神经系统整合活动的关键过程,也是神经信息整合的关键元素。利用解析突触结构、分子成分和生理功能的信息,我們實驗室的方向是探讨突触蛋白分子是如何调控突触传递及可塑性利用转基因修饰小鼠、双光子成像、电生理学和时间分辨电子显微镜等方法,研究无序突触蛋白突变导致神经发育性疾病发生的机制。​
