个人简介、研究领域及主要学术成绩

    中国科学院海洋研究所研究员,海洋科学与技术国家试点实验室研究员、国家贝类产业技术体系环境胁迫性疾病防控岗位科学家。先后在中国科学院海洋研究所任职助理研究员、副研究员以及研究员,曾在美国新泽西州立大学和美国弗吉尼亚州立大学进行博士与博士后研究。

    多年来致力于贝类资源的保护与可持续利用。主要围绕贝类抗性等主要经济和适应性状,利用基因组学、生态遗传学与分子生物学等手段,开展牡蛎等贝类重要性状分子解析、适应进化以及分子育种研究。近 5 年,主持 973、国家自然基金、贝类产业技术体系等项目。代表性论文发表在包括 Nature Ecology & Evolution(并列第一作者,第 1 位)、Nature(并列第一作者)、Cell Death & Disease(IF=5.965,通讯作者)、Molecular Ecology Resources(IF=7.332,通讯作者)等杂志。近 5 年发表 SCI 论文 89篇,其中第一或通讯作者 SCI 论文 40 篇(含并列第一和并列通讯)。SCI 论文他引 2000 次余次。获授权发明专利 15 项。获贝类新品种授权 1 项,获山东省自然科学奖 1 项。
