研究兴趣:遥感信息处理 , 光学遥感数据处理 , 光学遥感目标识别。近年来共发表论文93篇,其中SCI论文62篇,Google总引用2000多次。以第一作者或通讯作者发表在IEEE Transactions系列论文31篇,3篇论文入选2017年ESI热点论文,5篇论文入选2017年ESI高被引论文;在CCF推荐的A类国际顶级会议CVPR、ICCV、ACM MM、IJCAI等上发表论文10多篇。获IEEE 国际会议最佳论文一篇、ACM国际会议最佳论文及最佳论文提名奖各一篇。先后担任国际著名期刊的首席客座主编和编委:遥感领域TOP期刊IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing、IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters、Neurocomputing 、Cognitive Computation 和International Journal of Image and Graphics ;担 任的Lead Guest Editor:ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing ;担任IEEE TIP、IEEE TCSVT、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TCYB、IEEE TGRS等30多个国际知名期刊审稿人;担任CVPR、IJCAI、IGASS、ACM MM国际会议程序委员会委员100多次。
