(1)利用生物信息学手段并结合实验室多年积累的RNA组学技术,深入开展在肿瘤发生、发展以及干细胞重编程过程中长非编码RNA的系统发现与功能机制研究;

(4)着丝粒及组成型异染色质建成过程中非编码RNA的功能与调控机制研究;

科研活动

       主要致力于肿瘤的表观遗传学与生物信息学研究,特别是长非编码RNA在肿瘤发生、发展、早期胚胎发育过程中的系统发现以及功能机制研究。曾负责、参与了人结直肠癌、乳腺癌以及肺癌细胞系中长非编码RNA与Polycomb蛋白复合体、DNA甲基化酶介导的基因表达沉默间的相互调控关系,具有多年的基础科研工作经验。参与了非编码RNA研究技术平台的建设,也深入开展了长非编码RNA翻译编码小肽的调控机理研究、利用CRISPR/Cas9小鼠模型研究长非编码RNA在小鼠早期胚胎发育中的调控功能研究、特定种类长非编码RNA的系统发现与特性分析、长非编码RNA在转化医学中的应用研究等等。已发表SCI学术论文四十多篇,包括核心期刊 Embo J, Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A, Cell Death Differ, Cell Reports, Mol Cell Biol, Journal of Hematology & Oncology, Gene, Discov Med, Genetics, J Hepatol, Mol Cell, Nat Commun, Genome Res, Brief Bioinform, Cancer Res, Bioinformatics, Clin Cancer Res, Cell Stem Cell 等。
