Research Areas

My current work focuses on the molecular and physiological responses of wheat plants to temperature and water stresses and their interactions with elevated CO2. My objectives are to explore practical approaches to improve stress tolerance and clarify their mechanisms in wheat. Also, I have taken part in projects related to analysis of the genotypic, environmental and management effects on grain quality.
