研究领域

细胞自噬和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)信号转导通路;真菌次级代谢产物与哺乳类细胞自噬和死亡

自噬是细胞的三种死亡方式之一。它是指细胞内的溶酶体降解自身细胞器和其他大分子的过程。自噬主要降解长半衰期蛋白,也是细胞能够完整降解细胞器的唯一途径。当细胞在缺乏营养或发生应激反应时,可增加细胞自噬的发生。细胞自噬参与体内多种生理、病理过程,如:代谢平衡、器官发育、肿瘤、免疫、神经退行性病变、心脑血管疾病、病原体入侵等。本研究组主要以微生物来源的小分子化合物开展以下方面的研究:(1)小分子化合物对EGFR受体及其他信号通路的影响;(2)该类化合物引起细胞自噬、凋亡、坏死的机理以及三者间的关系;(3)该类化合物抗医源性微生物、抗肿瘤的可能性。上述研究旨在认识该类小分子物质作用机理的基础上,从中寻找并开发高效低毒的新型抗肿瘤和治疗其他疾病的药物。
