研究领域

极端嗜酸嗜热古菌及嗜酸细菌的硫代谢过程对硫元素地球化学生物循环和生物冶金、环境修复技术的应用具有重要意义。研究工作主要集中于:1)极端环境微生物菌种资源调查,菌种资源收集及功能评价;2)极端嗜酸热古菌及嗜酸细菌硫代谢机制及环境适应机制探究3)生物冶金技术及矿山污染环境修复治理应用基础研究4)难降解有机污染物的微生物代谢、调控和趋化机理的研究,污染环境和特殊环境中微生物的种群多样性和功能多样性研究,以及污染环境生物修复技术的开发等。参加/主持完成多项国家科技部“重点研发计划”,“973”,“863”及国家自然科学基金项目,已发表SCI收录文章100多篇。
