科研活动

      长期从事新材料的制备理论和应用技术研究,如纳米材料,3D打印粉末,薄膜材料,形状记忆合金,储能材料,硅基太阳电池材料,光电转换材料,电子封装,矿物材料等;材料加工技术如冶炼,铸造,凝固,提纯,微波处理等;材料微观结构分析表征,性能测试分析与模拟计算等。成功地研发出了多项技术和产品,2011年回国工作后,在Al-Si合金法提纯硅料的理论研究中,提出了表观偏析系数的概念和计算方法并用于提纯动力学的研究,证明了动力学因素是控制提纯效率的一个关键参数,在该理论的指导下,通过研究提纯时的温度场,熔体流场,电磁场以及杂质元素的耦合交互作用,进一步发现了几种新的提纯机制,关键杂质元素BP的提纯效率得到显著提高,均大幅度打破了行业的提纯效率记录并突破了Al-Si-X三元体系热力学提纯效率理论极限,为太阳能级硅料生产核心技术的创新与突破打下了坚实基础。2007年,在加拿大参与创立6N Silicon Inc.公司并担任研发科学家,发明了Al-Si合金法提纯硅料时初晶硅高效分离及废酸综合利用技术,使生产成本大幅度降低,在世界上首次实现Al-Si合金法提纯硅料技术的产业化生产,该技术在加拿大获得多个奖项和北美主流媒体的广泛关注和报导,还主持开发了高纯硅材料的快速低成本检测技术,5年累计检测10万个硅材料样品,远超同行的其它实验室。近来,在石英砂提纯研究中提出了一些新的提纯与检测理论并开发了相应的技术,对于石英砂有显著的提纯效果,成本低,无污染,相关技术在争取尽快实现产业化,研究的微纳结构硅碳负极材料用于锂电池也使其容量获得了大幅度的提升,多项指标居于行业领先地位,而且具有大规模低成本生产的良好前景。
