研究领域基于重离子冷却储存环的高电荷态离子双电子复合(Dielectronic Recombination, DR)精密谱学实验研究;

 Figure 1. 重离子冷却储存环HIRFL-CSRm上双电子复合实验平台示意图。在电子-离子复合实验中,电子冷却器也作为复合实验的电子靶, 通电子能量快速调制系统(detuning 系统)改变电子冷却器阴极出射电子的能量,使得电子和离子在共线段相互作用,产生的复合离子由于电荷态发生变化,会被下游的二级铁从主束分开,并被离子探测器所探测。调制能量和复合离子计数一一对应,形成原始数据对,结合实验参数,经过一系列数据处理,从而得到双电子复合速率系数随着碰撞能量的变化关系,即DR谱。

研究方向实验室天体物理、高电荷态离子结构和精密谱学(强场QED、电子电子相互作用、相对论效应)等;

研究进展基于兰州重离子加速器HIRFL-CSRm开展高电荷态离子的双电子复合精密谱学实验是近物所原子物理的重要研究方向。自2015年以来,我们陆续在兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环HIRFL-CSR上开展了多项双电子复合精密谱学实验,获得了一系列高精度电子-离子复合过程的绝对速率系数谱,并基于实验测量结果进一步获得了与天体物理以及等离子体建模相关的等离子体速率系数,在The Astrophysical Journal Supplement series (APJS),The Astrophysical Journal (APJ),Astronomy & Astrophysics (A&A),Physical Review A (PRA)等国际著名学术期刊发表10多篇论文。此外,高电荷态离子的双电子复合精密谱学实验研究获得“十二五”大科学装置项目“强流重离子加速器HIAF”的重点支持,成为国家批准立项的六个科学实验终端之一。研究工作得到了科技部重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金项目、中科院战略性先导科技专项(B)和中科院青年创新促进会的支持。

国内/国际合作情况:

    我们DR精密谱学实验团队和国内的中国科学技术大学,复旦大学,西北师范大学,北京应用物理与计算数学研究所,中科院武汉物数所等,以及国外的德国GSI,吉森大学Universität Gießen ,俄罗斯圣彼得堡大学Saint Petersburg State University英国斯特拉斯克莱德大学(University of Strathclyde),莱斯特大学(University of Leicester等研究机构建立了长期合作关系,成立了双电子复合DR国际合作组,有合作研究项目和互派研究生访问协议。
