研究领域

致力于了解环境中耐药基因的分布,对生态环境的影响,评估抗生素污染对环境造成的影响;发现环境中新的耐药机制,探讨这些新的耐药机制是否能通过基因水平转移传递给病原微生物;研究细菌移动元件,发现基因水平转移的一些新规律,为有效控制微生物耐药迅速传播提供理论依据。
目前本组的研究主要涉及以下内容:1)海水养殖环境中微生物耐药基因调查;2)环境微生物的耐药机制;3)携带耐药基因的可移动遗传元件主要包括整合子和质粒的研究。
