研究领域

We are focusing on fundamental scientific questions on ethylene signal transduction primarily with the use of Arabidopsis as a model plant. Studies in the past two decades have proposed a well-defined model for ethylene signaling that is explained by relevant molecular biology and cell biology studies. On the other hand, the present molecular model is proposed based on results from a flimited number of studies with certain aspects of view and evidence, and results from  other studies that do not fully suppoprt the model may promopte reconsiderations about the present model. It is our aim to re-build a model for ethylene signaling via comprehensive reviewing and re-evaluating the past, present, and future results from experimental evidence.
