个人简介:步文博,男,197310月生,山东人,博士,研究员,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者,科技部中青年科技创新领军人才;兼职中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所特聘研究员、复旦大学附属华山医院客座教授。2002年于南京工业大学获博士学位,同年进入中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所工作至今,2005年晋升为副研究员,2008年破格晋升为研究员,2009年聘任为博士生导师,2011年起担任高性能陶瓷和超微结构国家重点实验室副主任;2016年起作为特聘教授(二级)加盟华东师范大学化学与分子工程学院,担任上海市绿色化学与化工过程绿色化重点实验室常务副主任、华东师范大学第三届科学研究委员会委员、化学院学术委员会副主任。

研究方向为稀土生物化学与医用功能材料(物理化学、无机化学、药物化学):1. 新型光电磁功能材料的化学合成方法学研究; 2. 稀土功能材料的光磁学、分子影像学与疾病(肿瘤)高效诊疗研究;3. 新型多功能材料用于脑神经显像与智能调控研究。

近五年内,研究工作聚焦于稀土多功能材料的结构设计、化学可控合成及其生物医学应用的基础研究,选择稀土上转换(UCNP)材料体系,围绕无机生物材料的多模态影像与多功能治疗的高效融合关键科学问题,在新型UCNP稀土功能材料的设计与制备中做出了系统性创新工作:(1)揭示了UCNP无机影像探针的磁共振影像机理,构建了基于UCNP的系列新型多模态影像探针,实现了单一探针的结构影像和功能影像的高效融合与协同增强成像。(2)发现了UCNP稀土功能材料的放疗增敏效应,提出了克服乏氧、利用乏氧、规避乏氧三类材料设计策略,实现了精准影像介导下的多功能协同增强的乏氧肿瘤高效治疗;(3)提出了化学动力学疗法新概念,拓展了无机功能材料用于肿瘤饥饿疗法新思路,实现了基于肿瘤微环境特异性诱导激活的高效治疗。该系列研究为解决常规医学影像探针性能低、常规肿瘤治疗技术(化疗、放疗)固有缺陷等临床医学瓶颈问题提供了新的研究思路。

近年来,在国家自然科学基金委和上海市科委的资助下,作为项目负责人,先后主持承担了包括7项国家自然科学基金(杰青、专项、面上)在内的多项国家级科研项目。作为项目骨干,全程参与完成了包括973计划、863计划、国家自然基金重点项目等多项国家级科研项目。

2008年独立工作以来,作为第一作者 / 通讯作者,在Nature Nanotechnology”(1篇)J. Am. Chem. Soc.”(5篇)Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.”(7篇)Adv. Mater.”(4篇)等国际核心SCI学术期刊上发表研究论文60余篇,受邀国际著名综述类学术期刊Chem. Rev.、“Chem. Soc. Rev.Acc. Chem. Res.”、“Coordin. Chem. Rev.”等撰写了多篇专题综述论文,论文SCI他引7000余次;其中,1篇研究论文入选2012年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文16篇研究论文入选 ESI Highly Cited Papers,10篇研究论文被 Nature/SciBXChemical& Engineering NewsChemistryViewsAsian ScientistChemistryWorldPhys.org等国际著名专业新闻媒体作为研究亮点进行了专题报道和评述。获授权中国发明专利多项。
