1999年武汉大学有机化学学士学位;19992004物构所学习与工作,从事生物酶锰簇化合物的合成与性质研究,2003年物构所物理化学硕士学位,导师刘秋田和陈昌能;20042008英国The University of Nottingham无机化学博士学位,导师Prof. Martin Schroder,从事不常见价态Ag(II), Au(II), Ni(III)等大环硫醚化合物的合成、电化学、及最外层单电子的电子顺磁共振(EPR)研究。20082012美国Harvard University化学与化学生物系博士后,导师Prof. R. H. Holm,从事一氧化碳脱氢酶[Ni-OH-Fe]活性点的结构模拟与化学合成,以及二氧化碳的活化研究。2012/08现在,承担中科院海西研究院“****”和国家科学基金项目,在物构所开展过渡金属配合物催化剂合成、配合物活化气体小分子、金属有机催化等研究工作。目前已经在PNAS, J.Am.Chem.Soc., Chem.Commun., Inorg.Chem., Inorg. Chem. Front. Org. Chem. Front.等国际化学刊物上以发表论文多篇。

  本课题组主要开展过渡金属配位化学、金属有机催化化学和有机小分子活化与催化等方向的研究,开发以过渡金属配合物为主的新型配合物催化剂,用于活化气体小分子和有机小分子,生成有经济价值的化学品;并且此研究基础上,探索反应机理,开展设计合成金属配合物催化剂,催化合成药物化学品的研究。
