研究领域

长期目标是研究脂肪酸代谢和脂肪细胞分化的分子机制,阐明代谢紊乱包括肥胖、糖尿病等病症的致病机理,并开发新型而有效的生物医药手段实现疾病的早期诊断和治疗。
研究重点在: 脂肪酸代谢调控;脂肪细胞分化及转分化;代谢疾病的诊断和治疗。
目前正在实施的研究项目包括:
1. CPT I 的功能研究
2.脂肪细胞分化及转分化的化学生物学研究;
3. 疾病相关蛋白的结构功能研究。
