研究领域

1. 复杂样品分离制备:利用新型分离材料与现代分离平台,对中药、环境、生物等复杂样品进行高效分离与制备;
2. 复杂样品色谱及联用分析:开展GC、HPLC及GC/MS,HPLC/MS用于复杂样品分析的方法研究,包括条件优化、工业放大、指纹谱与质谱规律研究。
3. 化学生物信息管理与分析:采用大型关系数据库技术,构建复杂样品的化学与生物信息数据库,同时应用化学计量学方法,研究结构与活性间的定量关系,开展组-效、谱-效关系研究。

工作简历
主要从事多模式多维色/质谱联用技术、色谱理论基础、复杂样品的分离与表征。围绕色谱的基本理论、技术、方法发展、软件开发和应用,开展了系统工作。所发展的复杂样品分析软件系统,通过线性梯度/程序升温条件预实验,可快速准确获取复杂未知样品的液相/气相色谱保留参数和峰形规律,具有重叠峰解析、辅助定性、仿真优化、活指纹谱构建等功能,成功应用于复杂样品的气、液相色谱分离分析。目前承担国家自然科学基金面上项目“针对生物活性肽分离的高正交性多二维液相色谱方法研究”(20975100)。作为子课题负责人,参加并完成两项重大新药创制专项子课题“基准物的制备”(2009ZX09308-001-2)”和“中药质量控制及标准制作技术平台”(2009ZX09313-003-2);作为项目骨干,参加并完成了中科院知识创新工程重要方向项目“基于现代理论和技术的复方中药系统研究”(KGCX2-SW-213),国家自然科学基金重点项目“中药药效组分的指纹图谱分析的方法研究”(20235020),科技部国际合作项目“中药抗抑郁活性成分的高通量制备与筛选”(20071816);作为项目负责人,完成大连市科技计划重点项目“基于定量组分的板蓝根新药开发”(2007E11SF057)。已发表SCI论文65篇,授权专利8项。
