利用系统生物学与合成生物学方法,研究肠道中病原真菌的耐药机制和致病机制,关注肠道微生物群落中真菌与细菌的互作关系及其对疾病发生、进展产生的影响。研究成果以第一作者或通讯作者发表在Nature Medicine, Nature Microbiology, mBio, Current Opinion in Microbiology等学术期刊。
