       自噬是一种广泛存在于细胞体内的分解代谢途径,用以清除受损的细胞器或错误生成的蛋白,并释放代谢产物供细胞循环使用。当前的研究主要揭示了肿瘤自噬对于调控免疫反应的效应,却鲜有针对免疫细胞自噬在肿瘤微环境中作用的报道。由于自噬在免疫细胞的更新、分化和自稳中发挥着重要的作用,因此靶向自噬不可避免的会同时影响免疫细胞的功能和生存,最终影响肿瘤免疫治疗的效果。

      为了进一步探索自噬在肿瘤发生过程中的免疫调控效应,本实验室将利用前沿的实验性技术:包括常规的生化和分子生物学技术,条件性自噬基因敲除的转基因小鼠,大规模的基因转录组学和蛋白表达组学相关的生信数据分析。同时,实验室还将筛选特异靶向自噬的药物,应用于协同现有的抗肿瘤免疫反应治疗。
