研究领域

以复杂系统的视角,在全脑尺度上解析细胞分辨率的结构、功能、分子等多维信息,揭示脑区间和细胞间的互作规律,这是阐释脑工作原理的重要策略。本研究组以斑马鱼为模式动物,研发了多种全脑尺度研究新技术,开展了对视觉-运动系统的系列研究,在CellNeuron、Optica等发表论文,研究成果处于国际领先水平。具体而言,设计和搭建可在全脑尺度观察的光学显微镜,开发可进行活体成像的荧光探针,同时在虚拟现实中建立行为范式,针对物体识别、行为抉择开展研究。

进一步融合复杂系统科学兼顾局部和整体的思路,发挥全脑尺度研究的特点,以视觉-运动转导为核心:在结构上,利用全脑神经联接图谱的信息,解析分析脑网络的底层架构规律;在功能上,剖析抉择和识别中视觉-运动转导的全脑动力学过程及其信息处理机制;在智能上,阐释基于全脑神经联接结构和动力学所涌现的视觉-运动转导的灵活性和鲁棒性的神经机理。从而,将在全脑尺度上揭示视觉-运动转导的基本原理,助推脑科学从局部到整体研究范式的转变。
