研究领域

矿质元素在植物的生命活动中发挥了重要的生理功能,是植物生长发育所必需的营养物质。铁、锰、铜和锌是为植物生长发育所必需的微量元素,但它们的可用率极大地依赖土壤pH值。在碱性土壤里,这些微量元素主要以不溶性的氢氧化物存在。全球三分之一的耕地是碱性土壤,这种土壤中的金属微量元素溶解度非常低,这也是影响作物生长的一个重要原因。因此研究植物获取矿物营养的分子机制有助于促进全球农业的发展。本研究组以单子叶模式植物水稻和双子叶模式植物拟南芥为研究载体,开展植物吸收利用微量元素铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)和锌(Zn)的分子机制研究
