研究领域

人工微纳光子结构与物质的相互作用,特别是通过调控光耦合提高各类探测器性能。主要包括光学天线、超材料、超表面与半导体有源材料(包括二维材料)的相互作用;多维光场要素识别的高灵敏红外智能探测;人工光子微腔对于红外探测器性能的提高等。涉及具体的研究手段包括微纳加工、显微光谱测试、显微光电测试、电磁仿真等。
