• 2013-现在 上海科技大学物质学院助理教授(终身制序列),研究员• 2009-2013: 华盛顿大学化学系实验专职工作.(University of Washington, Chemistry, lab faculty) (工作指导和合作人:Drs. Charlie Campbell, Chuck Mims, Younan Xia)
o 氧化物承载贵金属(铂,钯)异质催化剂模型样品合成及烧结过程表面分析.
o 高温下稳定的纳米铂催化剂合成及稳定性检验。
• 2006-2009: 太平洋西北国家实验室博士后研究员(Pacific Northwest National Lab (PNL), Battelle) (工作指导和合作人:Drs. Chuck Peden, Yong Wang, J. Mike White, Chuck Mims, Charlie Campbell, Rob Disselkamp).
o 工业条件红外和质谱高压反应稳态同位素转移过程分析(steady state isotopic transient kinetic analysis SSITKA)。
o 微通道反应器甘油脱氢液相重整(APR)。
• 2004.06 - 2006: 博士后研究员, Materials Research Lab, University of California, Santa Barbara (工作指导:Drs Shuji Nakamura (中村修二,2014年诺贝尔物理学奖), Steven DenBaars And James Speck)
o 对 AlN/AlGaN 单晶/合金生长(无基片薄膜)氢化物气相外延(HVPE)反应装置设计使用工序制定。
o 对上述装置晶体生长区气流分布根据双源合金要求重新设计。
o 生产高厚度极性面c-plane 和非极性面 a-plane氮化铝单晶并优化配方, 并用单晶X射线衍射和TEM分析晶体质量。
• 2002.08 –2004.04: 博士后研究员, Department of Chemical Engineering, University of California, Santa Barbara (导师: Dr. Eric McFarland)
o 建立原位分析超高真空( UHV )系统。包括质谱, 电子光谱( 含 俄歇,X射线光电谱,电子能量损失谱,低能电子衍射),表面原位还原,金原子热蒸附,高效原子氢源)。
o 纳米贵金属颗粒在单晶/多晶表面分析。
• 1997.09 –2002.07: 博士研究生助理, Department of Physics & Astronomy, Georgia State University (论文导师: Dr. Brian Thoms)
o 分析有机金属气相外延(MOCVD)氮化镓薄膜生长中氢原子吸附的影响(与海军研究国家实验室Naval Research Lab合作).
