工作经历

2008.02-2009.04,美国伦斯勒理工学院,博士后,主要从事Ⅴ、Ⅵ族窄能量间隙的半导体纳米材料(包括Sb2Te3, Bi2Te3, Sb2Te3/Bi2Te3)在热电转换和节能方面的应用的研究。

 2009.04-2013.03,美国佛罗里达大学化学系,博士后,主要合成有机相无机纳米材料,包括半导体CdSe/CdS纳米材料和磁性(Fe3O4和FePt)纳米材料等,研究憎水的纳米材料在极性和非极性溶液转换过程中的自组装行为,以及这些自组装体对性能的影响及其在偏振Q-LED上和肿瘤细胞治疗中的应用;研究半导体材料的高压相体系中的晶体结构转换。

2013.03至今,中国科学院化学研究所,研究员,主要从事新型纳米材料的制备和组装,以及功能纳米材料在环境科学     和新能源中应用的相关研究工作。
