Research Areas

1. Biobased fiber and textile, especially alginate fibers based onmarine polysaccharide, protein fibers based on zein and functional materials;

2. Functional polymer materials for expressrail transit application, including flame retardant and safety polymer composites,lightweight composite material, plastic and rubber elastomer.

3.Synthesis of polymer materials, including polymerization of Caprolactam, acrylamide,polyester and biobased macromolecule reactive monomer for use in the field of lightweight train , oil field chemicals.
