研究领域

       目前主要致力于DNA分子的手性光谱研究和DNA的催化功能研究。
1. DNA的手性光谱研究
       通过手性光谱技术,其中包括手性拉曼(Raman Optical Activity, ROA)、振动圆二色(Vibrational circular dichroism,VCD)、电子圆二色光谱(Electronic circular dichroism, ECD),从振动态和电子态的角度研究DNA的手性结构,探讨DNA的构型多态性。在此基础上,从手性的角度,解析DNA和手性药物分子特异性识别方式。
2. DNA的催化功能研究
      以DNA分子的手性结构多样性为切入点,进行基于DNA的手性催化研究。
