Teaching Experience

1. Sedimentary Tectonics

Based on the principles of plate tectonics, this course introduces the sedimentary basins in different tectonic settings, and makes you come to a general understanding of the types, fillings and tectonic processes of the basins in various settings. This course is completed in 60 periods (6 periods a week).

2. Metallization and Tectonics

Based on the principles of plate tectonics, this course introduces the metallization of the metallic deposits in different tectonic settings, and makes you come to a general understanding of the ore types, their mineral assemblages, typical alterations of the country-rocks, depositing situations and sources in various settings. This course is completed in 40 periods (4 periods a week).

3. Tectonic Facies and Orogenic Belt

This course is a classroom discussion one, and makes you come to a general understanding of the types, tectonic facies (Architectural Assemblages), and processes of the orogenic belts. This course also makes you have a sound grip of the hot spots, difficulties and frontier fields of the orogenic belts. This course is completed in 30 periods (6 periods a week).
