研究领域

本课题组发展利用理论计算模拟、小角散射和大数据手段,围绕复杂体系结构解析,与前沿应用、先进材料研发紧密结合,利用多学科交叉方法,研究现有问题的科学本质,探索面向效率和性能提升的可行方案。具体侧重于以下两方面:

一、先进高分子功能材料的基础研究

运用化学、物理、统计学结合计算机模拟与先进表征手段,研究含溶液、溶胶凝胶、功能膜等高分子复杂体系的结构形成机制和结构性能关系,探索物质分布、微纳结构、相行为与材料性能的联系、物质输运分离和力学性能增强机制及调控方法,为开发低成本、绿色环保的高性能材料提供理论基础和技术指导。
二、蛋白质复合物研究

运用化学、物理、生物信息学结合计算机模拟的多学科交叉方法,研究蛋白质与生物活性分子的相互作用、蛋白质复合物结构、聚集行为及其对健康的影响,建立预测构效关系的算法,研发可用于预防、抑制重大疾病的食品和药品。
