研究领域

1.以人类疾病为导向,综合利用结构生物学、生物化学、化学生物学等手段的交叉学科研究,具体包括:研究与癌症、神经退行性疾病相关的细胞自噬(Autophagy)通路,揭示相关未知的分子机制和致病机理;研究与癌症等疾病相关的重要E3泛素酶和去泛素酶的结构与功能关系,并研发相关的小分子抑制剂,用于后续相关的化学生物学和潜在的疾病治疗研究。

2. 活性小分子的化学生物学研究,具体包括:天然活性小分子与靶点蛋白相互作用的机制研究;基于SAR-by-NMR方法,针对与癌症等疾病相关的重要生物靶点的小分子先导物的筛选和优化,及后期基于此先导物的机理和功能研究。
