Research Areas

Our lab is currently focusing on dissecting the molecular network of shoot branching in higher plants using Arabidopsis and rice as models, especially including the initiation, dormancy and activation of axillary buds and the determination of axillary shoot angle, trying to identify genes having the potential to improve crop yields.
