Education

He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Northwestern University in 2000 and 2003. In 2007, he received his Ph.D. degree from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. 

From May 2007 to April 2010, he engaged in postdoctoral research at the University of Waterloo and Queen's University in Canada.
