Prof. Jizheng Wang got his Ph. D degree from Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has worked at a number of research institutes, including Cambrigde University, Harvard University and Arizona State University. His current research includes perovskite and novel carbon nanomaterial based solar cells, field effect transistors, memory devices and photodetectors.
