研究领域
主要研究领域
主要从事种子生物学、低温生物学、保护生物学及稀有濒危植物迁地保护的研究。近年来,在有关项目的支持下,开展了稀有濒危植物种子的萌发特性、热带植物种子的贮藏技术、种子贮藏生理、种子顽拗性机理、种子超低温耐性的发育与超低温保存等方面的工作,致力于从生态、进化方面了解顽拗性种子的环境适应特点,从生理学和分子生物学的层面研究种子顽拗性的机理,用细胞学、生理学和生物化学的方法分析种子抗逆性的基础和劣变与伤害的原因,为热带植物种质资源的收集、保存、开发和利用服务。
