研究领域

凋亡细胞的吞噬及降解过程是整个细胞凋亡程序中不可缺少的一环,它在组织重塑,炎症抑制和免疫应答调控中起着重要的作用。对死细胞清除的障碍会引起诸如哮喘、类风湿性关节炎和狼疮等炎症疾病和自身免疫紊乱。

利用秀丽隐杆线虫作为模式动物,我们实验室运用遗传学,细胞生物学和生化的方法来研究凋亡细胞清除的分子机制。我们运用特异的正向遗传学及反向遗传学筛选手段寻找参与凋亡细胞清除过程的新基因,并对所鉴定的相关基因展开凋亡细胞吞噬,降解过程调节机制的研究,包括凋亡细胞信号的展示,识别,凋亡细胞的吞噬和降解,溶酶体动态变化及调控机制
