Education

In 1984 he graduated from the Department of Agricultural Economy of Xinjiang Agricultural University with a BA degree and in August of the same year was assigned to work at our Institute till now.

Work Experience
Currently he is research fellow in Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography under the CAS, head of regional development research office, member of academic degree committee and doctoral/master tutor. In 1997 he was appointed as associate research fellow and in 2005 promoted to research fellow. He has been engaged in the research on economic geography in the arid zone for a long time.
