Research Areas

      On development of organic optoelectronic devices, and seeking to understand the physics of the materials and devices.
1. Organic photonic materials and devices:High efficiency organic photonic materials,organic light-emitting devices,infrared organic photonic devices and organic lasers;
2. Organic electronic materials and devices:Metal-base organic transistors,organic transistor integrated devices and negative differential resistance and switching organic devices.
3. Electrical processes in organic semiconductors:Injection and transport of charge carriers, recombination kinetics of charge carriers, transient EL, organic/metal interface and organic semiconductor electrical theory.
