Education

In 1982 he graduated from the soil and agro-chemistry department of Northwest Agricultural University majoring in soil and agro-chemistry.

In 1988 he obtained a degree of Master of Agricultural Science from Xinjiang Institute of Biology, Pedology and Desert under the CAS.

Work Experience
Now he is the secretary of the Party committee of the Institute, deputy director, research fellow, member of academic/degree evaluation committee and doctoral/master's tutor. In 1994 he was appointed associate research fellow and in 1999 promoted to research fellow, mainly engaged in researches on oasis agro-ecosystem in arid zone, biodiversity in arid zone and utilization of bio-resources.
