Work Experience
Since 1991, I was employed by the South China Botanical Garden( S Chin Institue of Botany before 2013), Chinese Academy of Sciences. I was promoted as assistant prof., associate prof., full professor, and PhD supervisor in 1994, 1998, 2004, and 2005.  In 2007, I established Environmental Research Group and served as Principal Investigator thereafter up to now.
