生物催化与生物合成相关的酶学研究,通过会聚酶学、结构生物学、蛋白质理性设计及酶定向进化等技术方法,重点开展酶的三维结构和催化机理研究工作,依托高通量筛选平台和人工智能技术深入推进酶的分子改造与应用研究。
