研究领域

一氧化氮(NO)作为信号分子参与了众多的植物生长发育过程的调控以及对环境胁迫因子的响应过程。我们的主要研究兴趣在于探索植物是如何感知NO信号,并通过何种途径将信号传递到细胞核从而调控基因表达的。重点的研究方向是关于植物衰老过程的调控以及NO在这一过程中的作用。

高温胁迫是导致逆境下植物叶片衰老的重要环境因子。由于叶绿体是光合作用的场所,也是高温逆境因子作用的敏感细胞器,我们将从植物热激转录因子调控的角度,阐释植物在高温胁迫下如何维持叶绿体稳定性这一科学问题。
