研究领域

杨志勇副教授研究兴趣主要包括(但不局限于)

通过括扫描隧道显微镜(STM),原子力显微镜(AFM)等扫描探针技术,结合DFT理论计算与MD模拟、器件光电性能测试等,开展:

(1)--有机/2D材料(石墨烯等)复合薄膜光电检测器研究。考察有机功能分子/石墨烯界面层的结构演化与电学性质、本体层结构对光电检测性能的影响;探索界面过程,发展高性能光电检测器;

(2)--表面反应与表面动态过程的分析与表征。考察表面反应与体相反应的区别,理解基底对表面反应的影响;实时跟踪表面动态过,理解p-型与n-型双组份体系的结构演化规律与界面性质;

(3)--二维材料的制备、表征及性质研究。
