研究领域

主要从事贝类养殖、遗传育种及进化发育生物学研究。海洋动物中包含世界上大多数的动物门类,是研究动物进化的重要对象。同时海洋无脊椎动物大多要经历幼体浮游到成体底栖的转换,称为附着变态,是研究发育机制、种群适应性进化、污损生物防治、养殖动物人工控制、开发生物胶等制品的重要阶段。以贝类激素及其在附着变态中的作用机制为主要切入点,结合基因组学和实验生物学技术,对激素和相关发育基因家族进行系统进化分析和功能验证。以期阐明激素对附着变态的作用机制,以及相关激素系统在动物中的进化机制。
